SYNOPSIS: Two Mormon missionaries ring the doorbell of Ethel Merman and hilarity ensues. On the journey to self-discovery it is the road less travelled with one of the great icons of the American Musical theatre. The Book of Merman is a “high concept mash-up” – Columbus Underground.
[ETHEL MERMAN] 40s-50s female. Brassy, independent, full of energy. Distinctive and powerful voice. Not looking for a Merman impersonator, rather someone who embodies her spirit. Vocal Range: E3 – D5. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL ETHNICITIES.
